Martinez Lake Development has obtained final approvals necessary to release lots for sale! The Final Plat for Martinez Lake Resort Unit No. 1 was recorded on July 9, 2009. Subsequently, we obtained the Subdivision Disclosure Report (Public Report) for Martinez Lake Resort Unit No. 1 effective July 29, 2009. Pertinent documents have been posted in the documents section. Within the coming weeks, lot prices will be posted on this website.
