"Making progress with the subdivision site improvements"

We are making progress with the subdivision site improvements. To date, the sewer lines have been laid and tested. Martinez Lake Cantina was hooked up to sewer and is working great! Water and electrical lines have been installed. Attention to drainage and road pavement is scheduled for November and December. We anticipate being able to tie into utility services by January 2008. Road improvements as well as all site improvements required to finalize the subdivision map are scheduled to be completed by January 2008. Application for final map approval will be submitted to the Yuma County Planning Department. We anticipate the necessary approvals to obtain a Public Report from the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate in January 2008.
